The Breeder confirms that this puppy is in good health at the time of sale. The Buyer has 72 hours from the time of collection to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian.
If, during this timeframe, the puppy is found to have a pre-existing illness or condition (including in the rare event of death), a veterinary letter confirming the diagnosis must be provided.
The Buyer is responsible for any transport or veterinary costs associated with returning the puppy. The Breeder, at their discretion, will either:
• refund the purchase price,
• return the puppy to the Buyer once fully recovered,
• or provide a replacement puppy of equal value.
Please note: the Breeder is not liable for any veterinary costs incurred after the sale.

Agreement Terms & Responsibilities
Both the Seller and the Buyer acknowledge and agree to the following terms. These conditions are designed to ensure the lifelong wellbeing of the puppy and to reflect responsible pet ownership. No other warranties or conditions, expressed or implied, are made beyond those stated here.
The Buyer confirms they are purchasing this puppy for themselves and not acting on behalf of another person or business. This puppy will not be sold to a pet store, commercial breeder, or any mass-production kennel.
The Buyer agrees to provide a safe, loving, and suitable home for the puppy. The puppy will not be housed permanently in a kennel or left without proper care.
Should the Buyer no longer be able to keep the puppy, the Breeder must be notified and offered the first right of repurchase within two weeks. Any third-party rehoming must be discussed with the Breeder to ensure the puppy is placed in a responsible, caring home.
This puppy has been bred with care and raised in a nurturing environment. The parents were selected with health, temperament, and genetic soundness in mind. At the time of sale, the puppy is believed to be free from visible signs of communicable disease.
The Buyer agrees to provide a secure indoor living environment and to treat the puppy with kindness and respect at all times. The puppy must not be neglected, mistreated, or allowed to roam unsupervised.
The Buyer commits to providing appropriate veterinary care throughout the puppy’s life, including annual vaccinations and consistent heartworm prevention.
The puppy will be fed a high-quality diet and monitored to maintain a healthy weight. Proper nutrition plays a vital role in the dog’s long-term health and wellbeing.
The Buyer agrees to invest time in training and socialising the puppy, using positive reinforcement methods. The dog will never be surrendered to a shelter, testing facility, or used in any inhumane activities such as dog fighting.
To protect the puppy’s developing immune system, the Buyer agrees to complete the full course of puppy vaccinations before introducing the puppy to public areas such as parks, footpaths, and unfamiliar people or animals. This is critical to prevent exposure to contagious diseases like parvovirus.
At Oodle Crew, the health and wellbeing of our puppies — and the peace of mind of our families — are our top priorities. While we strive to ensure every puppy is matched with the right family, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise.
This policy outlines our return and refund terms clearly for all buyers.
1. Terms of Return
Puppies may only be returned within 7 days of collection in cases of:
- Documented health concerns identified by a licensed veterinarian, or
- Serious, unforeseen changes in the buyer’s circumstances preventing adequate care.
Returns after this period are considered on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
2. Condition of Return
Puppies must be returned in good health, with all documentation, vaccination records, and microchip details intact.
Any health issues arising from negligence, lack of care, or injury after the puppy leaves our care are not covered by this policy.
3. Reasons for Return
Valid reasons may include:
- Documented genetic or health concerns as confirmed by a veterinarian.
- Unforeseen buyer circumstances (e.g., serious illness, relocation).
- Mutual agreement between breeder and buyer that rehoming is in the puppy’s best interest.
4. Process for Return
Families must contact us immediately via phone or email if a return is required.
We will guide you through the return process, ensuring the puppy’s welfare remains the highest priority.
In most cases, the puppy must be returned directly to Oodle Crew.
5. Process for Refund
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days of the puppy’s return.
Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for purchase unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds may be partial or full, depending on circumstances, health findings, and timeframe of return.
